14-day refund

If OutagePing isn't right for you, contact our contact form within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund of the App price or your most recent Pro charge.

Cancelling Pro

OutagePing Pro is billed from day one and renews each period. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you've paid for.

How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds return to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
