14-day refund

If OutagePing isn't right for you, contact support@outageping.com within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund of the App price or your most recent Pro charge.

Free trial

OutagePing Pro includes a 30-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then from the billing portal at no cost.

How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds return to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
